Whistleblowing Channel

This channel is a means to facilitate the communication of possible irregularities or non-compliance with current regulations or with Azvalor’s Code of Ethics.

This communication channel is a confidential system that allows employees, customers, suppliers and third parties to:

Exercise their privacy rights and/or communicate possible breaches of applicable regulations (General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 and/or LOPDGDD 3/2018).
Communicate a breach of the regulations on Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism (Law 10/2010 on PBCFT).
Communicate any fact which allegedly violates the provisions of current legislation or of Azvalor’s Code of Ethics.

The management of this communication channel is based on the principles of confidentiality, respect for the anonymity of people who do not wish to identify themselves, impartiality and objectivity, absence of reprisals against the informant who communicates in good faith and respect for the rights of all parties involved in the management of the files.
